Had the Wratten team setup flat tow hardware on my Jeep Wrangler and Mercedes View. Parts were in next day, and install was done the following day. Exceptional Customer Service, and phenomenal installation. Josh and his team were spot on in defining the estimate and installing the equipment. Everything worked as defined. Unlike other RV dealerships we've visited, Wratten staff all had great customer focused attitudes. I would definitely work with them again.

Awesome service! More than once to boot! Shopping was great calm experience (no shoving campers in my face i didnt want to see). Then after purchase, they stood by their warranty promise and sent a tech to my house the very next day with a brand new battery and new propane whips. Fixed only 12 hours after my discovery of the issues at my own home!!! Highly recommend wratten over the big chain rv sellers hands down. Much nicer experience.

I had two windows on the front cap of my Palomino Pause 20.3 travel trailer cracked/chipped & leaking. I worked with Josh at Wratten Trailer Sales and Austin Groves at the Pause manufacturing plant to get replacement windows sent to Wratten so they could replace the damaged/leaking windows under warranty. Josh at Wratten was great to work with. He got me in within a few days of receiving the replacement windows and got the repairs done in a timely manner so my wife & I could continue our trip. Thanks Josh for all your help.

We are on the road camping in our RPod and had an issue with the gas line. Wratten’s service team had us bring it right in and worked on it immediately to get us back on the road. They were wonderful and we can not say enough good things about our experience.
